Lets Start With the Basics.
The Process is called Slipstreaming. It is the Process of combining the XP and SP2 Installation fines so that you dont have to Install SP2 Again and again after a fresh install of your OS.

Installing SP2 Will Be A Big Annoyance if you keep reinstalling your OS once in a few months or so.
